AT-SNMPc 7 Network monitoring and management software http://www.alliedtelesyn.com/products/detail.aspx?pid=260&lid=74
http://forum.ru-board.com/topic.cgi?forum=35&topic=0496&start=40
With support for SNMP v3, unparalleled ease of use and versions for small and large networks, the SNMPc 7.1 Enterprise Edition is the ideal choice to visualize, monitor and pro-actively manage an SNMP network. SNMPc supports a multilevel hierarchical map, with each hierarchy representing cities, buildings, or subnetworks. By importing bitmaps of geographic maps or floor plans, along with manual or automatic network placement, you can create a layout that closely matches your actual network.
SNMPc Enterprise Edition is highly scalable, with management support for multiple distributed domains and both local and remote access (using the remote console component). Run the remote console application from any Windows workstation.

ntop http://www.ntop.org/overview.html
ntop is a network traffic probe that shows the network usage, similar to what the popular top Unix command does. ntop is based on libpcap and it has been written in a portable way in order to virtually run on every Unix platform and on Win32 as well.
ntop users can use a a web browser (e.g. netscape) to navigate through ntop (that acts as a web server) traffic information and get a dump of the network status. In the latter case, ntop can be seen as a simple RMON-like agent with an embedded web interface. The use of:
* a web interface
* limited configuration and administration via the web interface
* reduced CPU and memory usage (they vary according to network size and traffic)make ntop easy to use and suitable for monitoring various kind of networks.
MRTG – The Multi Router Traffic Grapher http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/index.en.html
You have a router, you want to know what it does all day long? Then MRTG is for you. It will monitor SNMP network devices and draw pretty pictures showing how much traffic has passed through each interface.
Routers are only the beginning. MRTG is being used to graph all sorts of network devices as well as everything else from weather data to vending machines.
MRTG is written in perl and works on Unix/Linux as well as Windows and even Netware systems. MRTG is free software licensed under the Gnu GPL.
